Orders and delivery
Orders are processed within the published timelines. Timelines start once payment is confirmed. Delays caused by network providers are outside our control.
Payments
Payments are made through our approved store links, online checkout, or Mobile Money to 0241113791 (Mohammed A. Suraj). Always use your phone number as the payment reference. Orders remain pending until payment is verified.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for supplying the correct phone number, network and personal details. Bundles or airtime delivered to a wrong number supplied by the customer cannot be reversed.
Refunds
Failed or undeliverable orders are refunded to your wallet or Mobile Money within 24 hours of confirmation.
Agent accounts
Agent, team leader and subagent accounts are granted after payment of the applicable registration fee and admin approval. Wallet funds are non-transferable between accounts and withdrawals require admin approval.
Abuse
Fraudulent transactions, chargebacks or misuse of promo codes lead to immediate suspension and forfeiture of wallet balance.
